Morning, in the 1947 and 1948 Perth and Kinross, Scotland, Electoral Registers, there is a Ronald Blellock living with Robert, Mary Blellock their 2 children Robert jr and Mary,Blellck. I can find no trace of Ronald, birth or death. can any one help please

Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.

Mother's maiden name CARTWRIGHT

Can't easily see a Bl*l*c*/Cartwright marriage though on SP that could help  :-\ There is one in Carlisle between a William James Blaylock and a Margaret Cartwright in 1901.

William James Blaylock and wife Margaret had two daughters by 1911. They look to have been living in Hamilton Lanarkshire in 1911:

William James Blaylock 33
Margaret Blaylock 30
Fanny Blaylock 8
Elizabeth Grace Blaylock 5

Girls births in Carlisle, mother's maiden Cartwright. The death of the Ronald Blaylock in 2008, born c. 1925 (not sure where).

No idea if this connects to what your are looking for though... :-\
