Restoration photo of my Grandad

Hello,

I am new to this website so sorry if I have done this wrong, haha.
I was hoping someone would be able to help with restoring the photo I've attached? This is my grandfather on my mums side and its a photo that she and my aunt and uncles love but unfortunately was never in the best condition.
