Henry Tapp-Burgess
« on: Tuesday 19 February 19 21:02 GMT (UK) »
Hi, I'm looking for more information on my great grandfather Henry Tapp-Burgess. The last bit of information I have is in the 1901 Census. Henry was living with his wife Elizabeth and daughter Emily at Leigh Kent. He was head gamekeeper. I know his mother was Emma nee Towner and his father was John Tapp. His father John Tapp died between 1852 and 1856. Emma married James Burgess in 1856.
I have no information on Henry's death or what happened to him after 1901. Thank you

Debbie

There is a younger Henry William Tapp in the area who is more likely to have served in WW1.
