Denmark: need help reading old parish record

On the right page, 4th entry down for a birth on Nov 7th:

I'm assuming Niels Sorensen is the father, Soren is the son, and Ana the mother?  I have no idea of what the words are that  I have replaced with question marks, and Google translate is failing me!

7th November, Niels Sorensen of Fleming, ? ? ? ?, Soren, ? ? ? ? Ana Nielsdatter of Bjerre Molle.

Any help appreciated in translating!

The mother isn't named.

I was worried the mother wasn't named, as Ana appeared to be in the group of witnesses/sponsors.  Thanks for confirming that!
