There is a birth in the June qtr 1859 for an Agnes Williams Hereford 6a 452  Appears to be an illegitimate birth as no mmn shown on GRO online

Thomas Tarling married Anne Williams in  June qtr 1864 Hereford 6a  820a

In 1861 Ann Williams b 1830 Michaelchurch is in service

Thomas Tarling was previously married in 1860 to Elizabeth Kemeys who died 1862

Sons Charles b 1860 and Alfred 1862.  Alfred is with his aunt in 1871 and 1881

In 1881 Charles is with his maternal grandparents Charles & Susan Kemys

Thank you. Whereabouts was In 1861 Ann Williams b 1830 Michaelchurch in service? I haven't found her at all in 1861.
