Firefox Freezing - What happens if I uninstall Firefox and re-install it?

Have never had to re-install Ffox, but have refreshed it several times; most annoyingly my saved logins disappear for some days before becoming available again.

Reset will do that which is why they recommend Reinstall first  and if that doesn't work to then try Reset.
