I remembered this photo too as soon as I saw it, it's a lovely picture.

Don't worry, you haven't done anything wrong posting this photo again.  As you say, you were asking for comparison on your previous post, this time you are trying to find the location  :)

Why would you you think that you had done anything wrong Jane, I remembered seeing it before as it is such a cute photo and I wondered if it was because I may have restored it. Please don't misunderstand me as it wasn't meant to be a criticism.

Depending on the tide (neap/spring) you can walk out a long way over the mudflats at low tide.
At least in my day, the end of the pier was always in water, but the whole pier is well over a mile long. There's a lot of mud there at low tide.  :)
