Saving a Pedigree chart on 2009 FTP
« on: Tuesday 05 March 19 20:10 GMT (UK) »
Hi.

I used to be able to do this on the previous 2005 edition.

I don't necessarily want to print the pedigree. I want to send a word document with the pedigree on, to someone.

Thank you in advance.

Phil

Could you not just copy and paste the info directly into your word document?

I'm not sure I can do this - I couldn't seem to (unless I hold the cursor over the pedigree chart and highlight it??).

Hold down the left mouse key then move the mouse over all the information you need to copy.
When all text highlighted, release left mouse key then using the the right key select copy from the dropdown menu.
Moving over your word document right click mouse button and select paste.
Job done.

I know that's the usual way. I'll try tonight.

Thank you for your interest and assistance.
