Which Building is this please?

Here is another one for you. Would welcome any ideas on which building this might be. I have been given a box of photos, documents and a family tree that was donated and am piecing things together before finding a Family on Ancestry for their return.

It reminds me of the barracks in Berwick upon Tweed. 

But having just looked at a current photo probably not  :-[
