Louisa Sarah Walsham Missing Census

Born 7/8/1837 as Louisa Sarah Payne. She married William Henry Walsham in 1857 but I can't find a 1861 or 1871 census. Can you help please?

In 1861 she's at 48 Park Street with the PAYNE family.  She's listed as their daughter and there are two grandchildren, William (2) and Emma (1).  Louisa and the two children have been mistranscribed as WITTHAM on The Genealogist, but to be fair, the handwriting isn't clear.

The original looks more like WALTHAM to me.  You will get a more accurate list of children if you use the GRO indexes.

On the 1861 census she appears to have a daughter clled Emma, but i cannot find a GRO reference for her or any other information.

Would there be any reason to not find a 1971 census for any of the family?
