How do you know they are trying to trace relatives in England ?

Have you got any other information to help the search ?  Obviously we cannot name living people.
You could send me a pm to see if I can find anything further  ???

Hughes is such a common name.

Did notice a Canada Voters List 1962 -  entry for  John Hughes RCN and a Rita Hughes at 381 Belmont Road. Esquimalt Saanich  ???

The obituary gives lots of names - you could check these on http://www.canada411.ca/ to see if that helps trace the living relatives.  Also checck those names on social media.
