Patrick McParland's son James died 1911- and informant was brother-in-law John McGurk of 58 Tates Avenue-

How do I go about now getting an address or someone I can write to to try and get her name added to the head stone.

It's not that simple. You will need to contact the cemetery again. I suggest that when you do
- ask for burial details of your grandmother Rose McGuirk- sometimes cemeteries keep details in their files that might be useful.
- ask if they have current details of the owner of the plot- if not then ask how old the contact details might be. If yes, ask if you can write a letter to the current owner, send it to the cemetery office & have it forwarded.
Be sure to ask for the name of the person you are speaking to (if you do get to send a letter put this person's name on the envelope so they will hopefully deal with it)
