Queens road 1937 liverpool

Looking for person/people who lived at 128 queens road Liverpool in 1937. The only information I have is that prior to this it was a former manse. It was listed as place of birth on a birth certificate. Any help gratefully received

Can you confirm that you mean Queen’s Road in the Everton district, postal district L6?  There are others in outlying districts.
You will probably need someone with access to Kelly’s Directory dated 1937/8.
In the 1968 edition that address shows as a private residence, but many years too late to be relevant

Thanks to a kind lady I have been told that there are possible links to rafilovitch Jacobs. Dora’s anyone have any further information and about the people living there between 1937 and 1939.

I can't see a 128 Queens Rd - it seems to jump from 126 to 130

I can't find any marriage or death for him unless he anglicised his christian name
