There are two notices at that link, (The Age, 13 September 1934, p. 1) and I can clearly read each one.  There is additional family history in each one.  I am happy to type these up, if requested to.

No need to type them up JM - I can see that there are two notices and one gives husband and children.  It was only  James (brother) that I found difficult to discern.   But since then I have found birth and death entries which establish his name.

On the 12th September, at her home, 4 Chamouni Street, Alphington, Helen Garnock, relict of the late Thomas Hammersley, of Bangor, Tasmania, dearly loved mother of Elizabeth (deceased), Mary (deceased), Ethelinda, John, James, Frederick, William and Thomas, aged 76 years.  Rest after weariness.
