I would suggest it's William Finch (ffinch - the two fs denoting a capital F), a currier.

If you look at 'such' - the first word on the last line of the clip. you can see that 'ch' blend at the end of the word. Looks the same as the end of William's surname.

It is definitely  William Finch.  Spelling it "ffinch" is the old alternative to capitalising the first letter.
