Having trouble adding personal voicemail message on iPhone

I want to add a personal message so have looked on the web but all the instructions on there need "Greetings" on the voicemail screen.

All I've got is Voicemail at the top of the screen with call voicemail underneath.

Has anyone else had this and, if so, is there a way round it?

Call Voicemail and the recorded message should give you instructions  (it depends on your network) - With my provider its press 2 to add a personal message to voicemail
