Such ordinary chaps but what an extraordinary feat.
Why I expected them to be anything but ordinary I don’t know,it is just that we know what a hard battle that was,and so many so young.
I have not visited the cemetery but my husband made a point of visiting whenever he was in that part of aHolland on business,and the young ages of so many really went home.
Thanks again, seeing the faces of those numbers even if we don’t have their names is very sobering.
