Item I leave to the fabric of the church of Hillington, 6 shillings 8 pence. Item I leave to the fabric of the church of Newton in the county of Norfolk, 6 shillings 8 pence.  Item I leave to the religious house of Friars Minor of Babewell five marks, and to whoever is in priestly orders 20 pence, and to whoever is not 12 pence. Item I leave to the aforementioned brothers of Thetford, 40 shillings, and to whoever is a priest there 20 pence, and to whoever is not a priest there 12 pence. Item to the Augustinian Friars of Thetford aforesaid 22 shillings, and to whoever is a priest there 20 pence, and to whoever is not a priest there 12 pence. Item I leave to the convent of Thetford 40 shillings, and to the prioress of the same house 60 pence, and to whoever is a nun there 20 pence. Thanks again, the family seemed to have 'owned' 8 maybe 10 manors in Suffolk & Norfolk as sheep farmers or merchants, so probably leaving money to each local church, etc. I am still trying to work this bit out.

A later will includes most of these places and a number of Chapter Houses as well, luckily that one was in English.

Sporles is possibly Sporle 2 miles NW from Swaffham.

Babewell could be Badwell Ash or Bardwell, nothing else seems to fit & both are close to Ampton

Babewell & Babwell seem to be same place. I have also found a note that Babwell had a Franciscan Friars Minor
