Wanted Look Up Shropshire Records Center Morda Workhouse Files

Hi Everyone

Would anyone research the Morda Workhouse files for me held at Shropshire Records Office. The subject is my Great Grandfather  Antonio Gentile who died in Morda Workhouse infirmary on 29th January 1917. I need all the information on him, which will hopefully tell me where he was born.

The files which seem relevant are as follows but there could be others:

Admission and Discharge Books ,   -     PL12/7/1  ( 3740/1)   1816 to 1938

Register of births and Deaths           -   PL 12//8/3   (3740/2)   1814 to 1928

When I was researching my family at the workhouse in Bucks

I emailed the county offices - and they were extremely helpful!!

You might try that first - if you haven't already!!
