Patrick McKenna and Elizabeth Allan married in Greenock 1902
« on: Sunday 05 May 19 18:57 BST (UK) »
I am interested in any information relating to the children of Patrick McKenna and Elizabeth Allan, who were married at St Mary's RC Church in Greenock in 1902. On the 1911 Census James, Patrick and Robert were aged 9, 7 and 5. They also had a son named Richard born 1917. Elizabeth died in 1920 and Patrick re-married in 1926.

Have you checked the Surname Interests Board - link at bottom of page under Tools

Have you looked for marriages/deaths for the children on Scotlands People?  Deaths from 1974 show mothers maiden name

Richard died 2004 Glasgow according to SP

Possible death for Robert in 1976 - also in Glasgow

I couldn't see anything jumping out on SP.

Did any of Patricks' kids have a middle name?

Where/when did father Patrick die & who was the informant?

Greenock was a base for people migrating from Renfrew & surrounding areas early 1920s which may be worth a thought?

Thanks Carole,

I didn't see your post (no alert) but I realise I'd only checked Greenock & forgot where I was when I returned  ::)
