hi did my ancestors from the mcgonigal or Quigg family's work for lord garvagh on his estates the family's stayed in linsnacreagh glenullin brockaboy areas of garvagh

The Canning family would have employed lots of local people. Some of the Estate papers (formerly in the care of their solicitors) listing tenants survive and have been indexed but I don't know of any list of employees, etc. As well as permanent staff there would have been seasonal or casual jobs on the Estate.
The contents of Garvagh House were sold in 1921 and the family left Ireland- Garvagh House auction 1921
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!
