hi all hoping someone can help, i am looking for someone but i only have their first name and 2 possible roads they  lived on, it was about 1949/1951  is there a way to look this up?

Ancestry have Midland electoral  Registers  1832 to 1955 I think I the past I have just entered the address in the Keyword space and possibly date and had results though I m not sure of the coverage of towns etc.
1939 to get possible names in that street and then search Midland Electoral Registers and find others in that street.
I m sure someone else will probably have a better idea
