2x clciked "Finalscan" nothing, right clicked and opened but then as before IE shuts down......

received the tutorials, can hear you but can't see you.

checked I have the current version of realplayer (think that was the right one?) and other vids work okay but it wont play yours at all, tried windows media player, tried quicktime, nothing..
