MEEHAN to my eyes as well.  The letter 'e' is written thinly, as I call it, without much of a loop.  See the two examples in Whiteabbey.

Mary Meehan married James Anderson on 26th August 1921 in Belfast registration district.

A possible family for checking

http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Antrim/Dock_Ward/Henry_Place/136979/

with the daughter, Mary, born India.

Note, though, that this Mary is recorded as RC, whilst Mary of marriage was married in a Congregational Church.

Mary of the 1911 being born India might fit with the Patrick of the marriage certificate being a Customs Officer, albeit the Winnifred on the 1911 has her father's occupation on her birth certificate as a soldier, and his address as Victoria Barracks.
