William George West's Parents

I've come to a halt in my family tree as I've been struggling to find parents for William George West. As far as I know, he was born roughly in 1797 possibly in Middlesex.
He had a son called Mark Henry West on March 10th, 1848, in Islington, Middlesex.
 Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!🙂

Is this Marks birth registered in 1849, mothers maiden surname Taylor

Yes, I believe so! I think his mother was called Sarah Taylor.

In 1851 Williams place of birth is given as Painswick, Gloucestershire and his age 47

William George West married Sarah Taylor 06 Mar 1831 at Holborn, Middlesex.  Witnesses were Thomas Farmer & Ann Farmer

Mark West, 12, was admitted to Islington workhouse 28 Aug 1860 as an orphan after the deaths of his parents.

Possible death:

William George West aged 54, Dec qtr 1859 West London 1c 30.

Mark’s birthdate was 10 March 1849 rather than 1848.  An image of his birth certificate has been attached to an online tree.
