Richard Joseph Bowler (1827 - 1901)

Hi everyone,

Looking for help to trace Richard Joseph Bowler in the 1841 census,

Richard was born in 1827 at Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire
He married Lavinia Chiton in Monks Risborough, Buckinghamshire on 26th March 1848
His death was on 30th December 1901 in Greater London.


I can find him in all the other census's and he may be listed as Bowlen in the 1841 but the birth date doesn't match so I'm unsure if this is him.


Any help to clarify this would be appreciated, Thanks

Agree that's him. Ancestry have transcribed his age as 24, but if you look at the image it's more like 12. The children are listed in age order and Richard comes between a 15 and an 8 year old
