Benjamin Nightingale and Sabina Edwards, Sussex

Benjamin Nightingale, Warnham Sussex,  married Ann Garman/ Mundy 1868 Rudgwick. Ann died 1871.
1881 census Sabina Edwards was listed with Benjamin nightingale as Housekeeper.
I believe they may have married, but can only find a possible marriage for Sabina in 1872 (and cannot find spouse) and only the marriage to Ann for Benjamin.

1881 shows Kate Edwards aged 2 and Benjamin N aged 1

Sabina is shown as unmarried.  If you check the full GRO index for the June qtr 1872 there is only one entry for a Sabina Edwards which  is Portsea 2b 764 so suspect the freebmd entry is incorrect
