Very many thanks

Will signed (her mark) sealed and witnessed 17 Oct 1679

appears to have been proved 28th Nov 1679
Names mentioned:

I Alice Fowke of Losco in the County of Derby

to Susana, the wife of Thomas Lesse of Codnor, ten pounds

to the said Thomas Lesse , five pounds

five pounds to John Matthew of Nottingham, Pinemaker, half brother to my Father

to Adam Matthew and Alice Matthew of Codnor, children of Richard Matthew, deceased (when they reach the age of 21-if one dies before Alice, the other gets their share if both die before Alice the ten pounds to go to the above John Matthew

A Mr Draicot owed her some money - that was to be repaid, he to get ten pounds back but only after he’d paid the full debt first.

to Ursula Colclough of Heynor, widdow, John Colclough of Langley, Butcher, Margaret the wife of John Roberts of Duffield & Jane Bestwick of Heynor, widdow -  each of them five pounds

five pounds to the poor of the Parish of Heynor

Money owed to her  from Thomas Wilson and Joseph Wilson

Anything not already disposed of in the above to Thomas Lesse of Codnor aforesaid and Susana his wife, my kinswoman

Thomas and Susana Lesse (mentioned above)were named as Alice’s executors

* not 100% certain about the transcription for the  “Lesse’ surname, hopefully its near enough for you to recognise a surname of someone you are already aware of.

* not 100% certain about the transcription for the  “Lesse’ surname

I think perhaps it's Leese ?
