Frank's death on 7 Aug 1934 in Belhaven Private Hospital Geelong was reported as due to an accident.

I have tried to check Trove for any reports with no success, can anybody shed any light on the nature of the accident please.

Tom just a thought but have you contacted the Geelong Family History group? Not everything is online but they might have something on your fella in the local archives re: Frank's accident.
If you havent done so already it could be worth a try.

Hi Tom,
Where was this report and by whom reported?

Is this on a family document you have or does it relate to a news item  (which it now seems cannot be located)?  ???
