An idea of what you already have in relation to the Diggins surname would help us to look further.
I can initially see children baptised in Wonston 1827-1831 to parents David and Rachael Diggins.
Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids. They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.

David Diggins married Rachel Barrett 24 March 1825 Hungerford, Wiltshire. All their children were born in Wonston.
Harriet Louisa Diggins 1823
William Charles Diggins 1827
Mary Diggins 1828
David Diggins 1830
Jane Diggins 1831
In census's 1841, 1861.

Harriet Louisa Diggins married Charles Bye 29 July 1843 Winchester
William Charles Diggins married Amelia King 21 November 1852 Saint Pancras, Middlesex
Mary Diggins died 24 August 1837 Wonston, Hampshire
David Diggins married Louisa Warren Hall 26 September 1874. Stepney, Middlesex
All from FamilySearch so need checking.

Rachel is not on the 1841 census, looks like she died in 1838.
Rachel Diggins.
Burial 31 Aug 1838 Wonston, Hampshire. age 45.

Looks like David Snr. Died in 1842.
David Diggens .

Do you need any more information about Diggins family?
