Occupiers of address's at Phibsborough Rd 1933/34

Hi Im looking to find the occupiers of no's 238 Phibsborough Rd in 1933, and no 290 in 1934.

I have 2 births linked to the above address's from those years and was wondering were they possibly boarding house's.

In 1934 Ellen Carroll born at Coombe hospital on  23rd October, parents William and Ellen Carroll nee Byrne.

In 1933 an unnamed male with father William Carroll mother Ellen (Byrne) born Coombe Hospital 21 January.

The 'unnamed male' I believe would be christened Patrick Joseph Carroll on 31st January 1933 at St Michan's, Halston St, with address at 13 Linenhall place.

I don't have Thoms Directory for 1933 or 1934.
In 1937 it gives the following (they may be landlord's names)

238 .. Edward Cummins

290 .. no mention of houses beyond 240

Newspapers.
1970 Elizabeth Cummins of 238 Phibsborough Rd died. There was a R Cummins there in 1967.
In 1902 a Robert M'Laughlin a clerk was living there but can't see anything in between these years.

Thanks Folk's,  just to clarify one address showed up for a birth entry in 1933, the no 290 address showed up for the 1933 birth, but a week or so later on the Baptismal cert an address at 13 'Linenhall Place' was given.

Thoms 1934 shows an Edward Cummins at No.218 Phibsborough Rd.
Linenhall Place does not exist but Linen hall Parade/Street/Terrace do exist

Thank you Felix, with the existence of 290 in doubt, I also questioned the existence of Linenhall Place and agree it doesnt seem to have existed, it looks as if the parents had the proverbial 'skeletons in the wardrobe' at some stage?
