Marriage of Robert Elder and Mary Jane Murdoch (5/2/1880)
« on: Sunday 28 July 19 09:47 BST (UK) »
Hi folks,

I was hoping someone might be able to help me. I'm looking at my Great Grandfathers birth certificate and it states his parents Robert Elder and Mary Jane Murdoch were married on 5/2/1880 in Ballywatt, Antrim.

However, having searched online at the Irish records I can't seem to find this marriage. I don't know if anyone has any way of finding this out or directing me to another source as I seem to have hit a bit of a dead end. I would love to find their marriage certificate to continue the trail.

Hope someone is able to assist.

Alan

A Search on https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/civil-search.jsp  should find any BDM's  for them

Tick Marriages or whatever and use year ranges

Give a man a record and you feed him for a day.
Teach a man to research, and you feed him for a lifetime.
