help finding anything on John Monk

hello Forum i am trying to find out anything on John Monk and Honor Emmett  both born in Devon i believe John was Born Between 1862 and 1876 and we know he was a paper maker other than that i am having difficulty finding anything else about them as i am not that good with finding records so any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

yes they are Husband and Wife and got Married apparently but i am not the best at researching or knowing where to look

I can't find out much about these  but there is a family tree on Ancestry showing Honor died 1841 and John died 1842, so this couple should be on 1841 census

Think you've got your dates wrong - John Monk and Honor Emmett married 5/10/1794 Plymouth St. Andrew, Devon.

Are you certain you have the dates correct only there is a marriage at Plymouth St Andrew 5 October 1794 between a John Monk and Honor Emmett.

There is an Honor Monk living with the King family in Chelmsford aged 55 and showing as IND and not born in county

you guys are good in finding stuff out my dates could be wrong but i am not sure your information is very helpful so far it has given me a church where i can try and get some information from so i am very grateful for your help
