Patrick Quigley and Catherine Gleeson
« on: Tuesday 06 August 19 03:40 BST (UK) »
Hi.
I have an interest in the children of Patrick Quigley and Catherine Gleeson who came to Australia in the 1880's.
These being Julia, Lawrence, James, John, Bridget, Andrew and Mary.  Would be interested in swapping notes with any descendants of this family.
Ken.

Hi.
As far as I know the parents remained in Ireland.. of the 7 children, 3 have not yet been found as to their final resting place.... may have returned to Ireland ?

Can you please add dates for the children as well as any other info. e.g. marriages/deaths with dates/places to help others save duplicating what you already have?

"of the 7 children, 3 have not yet been found as to their final resting place"

Can you tell us which 3 along with when/where last heard of?

Can you also tell us if the info. from Dathai on Reply #1 was helpful?

Hi, can you re-attach the tree, please.
I have sent info of the births via PM.
If you go to
https://registers.nli.ie/

Go to Tipperary, Silvermines then, use the dates I have sent you, then you will get the original record.
Some are hard to read.

Just saw your post. Patrick and Catherine were my great grandparents. Their son Patrick was my grandfather and he married Bridget Brennan from Borrisokane and had 5 children. Would love to make contact to swap information.

Yes they would be my grandparents. Did not know where or what date they got married. They had 5 children.  Would love to know information on my great uncles and aunts.
