Looking for guidance on where I can find a licence for a marriage in 1793 in Ashton Keynes.

Many thanks,

You’re unlikely to find the licence itself. What you might find is the bond that was sworn in order to obtain the licence.

Ashton Keynes is in the Diocese of Salisbury, and the marriage bonds for this diocese are transcribed on FindMyPast (database - Sarum Marriage Licence Bonds).

The original documents are at the Wiltshire & Swindon History Centre at Chippenham, who will send you a copy of any surviving bond if you supply the details.
