Josephine Harris ?

I have come to this site only because I am stumped..

Trying to trace a Josephine Harris? DOB 1894 born Tipperary ....married a Frederick Thomas Hallam DOB 1/7/1892 Fenton Staffs.

I don’t know if they were married in Ireland or England.  I have tried to find them without any luck.

Did they have children? If so, where and when.
Do you have them in 1939 census or any electoral registers?
Do you have deaths or wills?

It would just help people to decide where to look.

As you may have read my earlier reply regarding Frederick possibly being in Ireland as a soldier or policeman..

Ps I will use the sites again as my g great grandparents came to Liverpool from Ireland, and haven’t been able to trace them in Ireland.
