I was hoping with an unusual name like Thirza Frost, that this part of my family tree would be quite easy to trace - how wrong could I be!
William Spray was born in Westhill, Devon, possibly c.1810. He married Thirza Frost (b.1812, St.Marychurch) on 3 Apr 1832 (St.Marychurch). They had a son called William Frost Spray (b.1833), who married Emma Louisa Watts on 25 Nov 1856 in Bristol.
So far, I have been unable to find a date of birth for William or any of Thirza's family. However, William died before 1840, as Thirza was married for a second time to Thomas Damerall (b.1813, Morley, Devon). Thirza died in 1897 in Newton Abbott.
