According to the 1911 census Phillip and Florence Eddy (maiden name Andrews) had 4 children, 1 child had died.
The children,
Florence May b 1905
Phillip Henry b 1906
Sarah Ann b 1908
Violet b 1909
The 2 first children and the the last child Violet are on the 1911 census so Sarah Ann must of died but can find no record of a death.
The family lived in Bristol. Also out off interest Phillip and Florence had 3 more children after 1911.
