Domenico Rossi & Antonia Valenda

Looking for some sort of baptismal record for:

Domenico Rossi born in Italy (possibly Naples) around 1850.
Antonia Valenda (Valente) born in Italy around 1864.

They married in St Patricks Roman Catholic Church, Sunderland on the 17th April 1890, naming their father's when they did so as:

Alexander Rossi (deceased) a labourer
Andrew (Andreia) Valenda (deceased) a labourer.

Their witnesses appear to be unrelated to them - Victoria Mills (Miller) and Mary Emily Turner.

Domenico and Mary Emily Turner could sign their names and Victoria and Antonia marked.

Domenico was an ice cream vendor by trade.
