Latin translation and decipher please

I would be grateful if someone could decipher the middle name on the 1759 baptism record for Paolo ?? Sillato and then translate the document from Latin

It's either Laurencius or Laurentius = Laurence or Laurent (in the nominative case).

I see the other name as Paulus, which is also in the nominative case.

The date is 8 March 1759.

I don't have time now to look at the full text.

Thank you Maiden Stone with that I now have the name of the young man being baptised and confirmation of his parents Antonio and Maria, the place name in question by the way is Birkirkara (several spelling variants) in Malta - GedB

On the 8th day of March 1759, I, Jacopo Berti, [parish priest?] of Birchicara, baptised an infant born today of Antonio Sillato and of Maria (wife?), of Birchircara, to whom the name Paolo Laurentio was given.
