National Archives of Ireland - help please

I have sent 2 emails to the National Archives from here in Australia, the first is still unanswered and
the second one was returned as unable to be delivered.  I used the email address from their website.
Would appreciate knowing if this is still the correct email address.

Yes KG that is the one.  I used the email address listed there. 

 I thought perhaps there might be a time frame for the Archives to reply.  It differs here depending on the library/archive, some have a response time of 5 working days, others much longer.

What sort of query was it?

Hello Purpeller,  Thanks for your interest.  It was an enquiry regarding the Chief Secretary's
                        Office Register Papers.  I have sent another email using their online enquiry
                        facility referring to my earlier emails.  There is a character limit on this facility
                        and insufficient space to give full details which is the reason I used their email
                        initially.

You could also try them on twitter - they generally have someone covering it during business hours (so late at night for you should get them early in the morning?) - just asking about the email bouncing, etc, rather than your specific query.

The Archives have sent a response today so all is well although cost is surprisingly high for a copy
of a record and payment can only be made by cheque or bank draft.
