I assume you are aware that it will only be the administration document, there is no will.

If you look at the entry on the probate index it has 'Administration Oxford 21 Sep' .   Other entries on the page have 'Probate' followed by a date - they will have wills.  Sometimes it mentions Administration (with will) - see the entry for  Rose Margaret Waldron on the next page.
