Here's what I can help with:
Nuell/Newelle Benbow (daughter of Robert Benbow, grandaughter of Francis Benbow and Joan Habburley) was born on October 7th, 1645 in Broseley, Shropshire, and died on (or around) December 13th, 1726, also in Broseley I believe. She married John Millichamp (1644, Aston Botterell, Shropshire - June 7th, 1730, Broseley, Shropshire).
Now, a couple of things about her husband's surname. What the name was originally, I'm not 100% sure, because in my nearly 25 years of research, I've come across enough spelling variations to make yourhead spin. What I do know is that within the next couple of generations to come after Nuell & John, it was eventually settled as "Millichamp". The Millichamp's are quite well known for their - uh... how do I put this politely... let's just say their favorite part of the Bible just so happens to be the part about being "fruitful" and "multiplying", and there are a RIDICULOUS amount of Millichamp's from all over Shropshire and Herefordshire to prove it, spanning hundreds of years haha! And literally all of them are found of my mother's side of my family tree, and weirdly enough also on my father's side, though THANKFULLY via marriage only. Just look up Charles Millichamp, co-inventor of the field clock gun around WWI. He and his children held the record (at that time at least) for having the greatest number of people from one immediate family in military service at the same time. Pretty wild. Wow did I go off on a strange tangent there... my bad. But as I was saying, the family would end up going with Millichamp, but when researching them, if you come across any of the spelling variations in the list below, they are (more than likely) referring to the same clan that would eventually end up Millichamp, assuming of course that the location is somewhere around the West Midlands/Welsh border (Shropshire mainly, some from Kington and surrounding areas in Herefordshire also, as well as a few other spots in the areas around Ludlow, Stanton Lacy, Stoke St. Millborough, Broseley and Hayton's Bent which are all in Shropshire.)
MILLICHAMP VARIATIONS:
Millichop, Millchop, Millership, Millershop, Millerchop, Millichap, Millichope, Myllichape, Millishamp, and my personal favorite - Myllishppie.
There are probably other variations, but these are the ones I could remember off the top of my head.
I have many ancestors of both John's and Nuell's (lineages of Millichamp, Benbow, Bayley, Hinton, Holmes and Kitchin, as well as a bunch more), and I'm more than happy to share any other info I have with you. Just let me know.
