St Mary the Great burial - Charles Drake

Charles Drake married Jane Bacon 27 Jan 1829 St Mary, Whitechapel, Middlesex.  Jane's 2nd marriage took place in 1836 to Joseph Barker.

National Burial Index for Eng and Wales transcriptions records a burial for Charles Drake 28 Dec 1832 at St Mary the Great, Sawbridgeworth. Charles was aged 27 (DOB c1805).
In the 1841 census for Sawbridgeworth Jane is recorded as Jane Barker living with Joseph Barker and Emily Drake age 10, among others.

How can I confirm the above Charles Drake's Burial is Jane's husband.
Also have not been able to locate a birth for Emily Drake so don't know if she is Jane's daughter and have no further record of her.

There is another Emily (Jane) Drake born 1830 to Charles Collins Drake so not to be confused with the above.

So please, where do I go from here to find records to confirm what I have?
Would appreciate any suggestions as I'm at a total loss.

Have you found these 2 in 1841, just to definitely rule out that child?

OK, those 2 are in St Sepulchre Without Newgate in 1841.

Have you found the birth record for Margaret Barker, infant, from the 1841 census?  Just checking on background.

Added:  Is she Margaret or Mary Anne?

Think she is Mary Anne Barker/Bucon born in Bishop's Stortforth September quarter 1840.  As I said, just checking.

Just to add confusion I think Margaret was transcribed incorrectly and should be Mary Ann who was born to Joseph and Jane 1840 (GRO Vol 6 Pg 444).  The next child born, Annie, is my Gr grandmother.

I was about to ask who you were directly related to.

If Emily Drake is recorded as 10 in 1841, she could have had her age rounded down (born 1826-1831) and so could have been born before her Mother's marriage to Charles Drake and so be Emily Bacon.

She could have married or died with any of 3 surnames after 1841.

Exactly Chempat, and there is the problem - where do I find a record for her birth?

Also, she could be Amelia in the records, as that seems a common alternative name.

Wonder why they moved to Sawbridgeworth.

Jane was born Great Dunmow, Essex, married Charles Drake Whitechapel, Middlesex, and then if I have the correct death for Charles they moved to Sawbridgeworth.  Married Joseph in Sheering, Essex.  Their children's births were registered at Bishops Stortford.
