1871 Census lookup

I have an Anthony Rubell Fouchard who married Maria Elizabeth Smith at Ashton Under Lyne in Feb 1863
They had a child Emily Louise in Aug 1862
They left for Australia in 1875
Cannot find them in the 1871 census
Can anyone help please
The spelling of Fouchard sometimes starts with a T or an S and hundreds of different spellings

What other Fouchard births / deathscame up in the 1860 to 1875 period?
