Thank you all for all the information. I have more than I knew before. But this is for Thomas William who was William Thomas Beckett Hensher's younger brother! Silly to use the same names in a different combination but that's family for you!! Their parents were William Edmond Hensher and Esther Emily nee Beckett and they were married in Cape Town in 1880.I have a feeling that William Thomas is going to be forever elusive! Bev
