St Clement
« on: Monday 09 December 19 08:14 GMT (UK) »
I have found a death of a Jack Methven in Scotland 1920 and it states St Clement R.D.  I know R.D. means rural district but cannot find where St Clement would have been.  Has anybody any idea please.

St Clement was one of the Registration (not Rural) Districts in the city of Dundee.

For future reference, there are both alphabetical and numerical lists of RDs at

Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.
