I had another look for Elizabeth in the Hertfordshire electoral registers and couldn't see any obvious entries other than the 1929 and 1930 entries.

Kate (the mother) has birth year and place fairly consistent (apart from one of those censuses?) as Spalding 1850/1851.

These 2 births:
Births March quarter 1850
Kate    Inkley     Spalding
Births September quarter 1852
Kate Helen Watson   Spalding

Kate Inkley probably marries a Foster or Hurn  in Spalding.

Added:
Have not checked Keziah births...

1881 census 'daughter' any idea? attached

As cuffie has said, it might not be the family.
What I have found interesting, but probably entirely coincidentally, is that Kate is down as Keziah in 1901 fron Pinchbeck, Lincolnshire, living in Chorlton, and has a maid servant Sarah Jane Buttery.  My husband's grandmother was Keziah Jane Buttery.  I am now looking for a connection to the maidservant, except she is birth NK.

Also there is a Kezia Parkinson born Pinchbeck in about 1850, so we might have mixed censuses, as son George is without Elizabeth in one, and vice versa.

Is this the death of son George (of that family, which may not be right one)? If so, who is Kezia, his mother?

- of Market Harborough and "The Orchards" East Farndon
- left property to Kezia Parkinson & Elizabeth Parkinson, both of Welwyn

Well, that looks interesting.
1911 she claims she has been married 41 years, I think, but cannot see anything and we do have that Parkinson/Wilson birth for George in Macclesfield, so does George(snr) just appear as husband in 1901 but nowhere else, (and cannot see a birth for him in Poole as Parkinson, but there is one for Wilson) or....
Hope the OP returns to see what track we have gone down.
(I do not need to get to work, but I am going out for a Christmas lunch.) :)
