Thanks Archivos. Yes records are at Dundee parks department. E-mailed them yesterday. We have been fortunate and are now able to pin it down to a single year. Although even a single year might be too big a task.

That is good news that you now know the year.

Hopefully Dundee Parks Dept. will turn up some positive information for you.

Excellent! Hopefully that will be more manageable and you can find what you're looking for.

Excellent news things have moved forward & been narrowed to a year,

Did the woman have a previous child close to the stillbirth i.e. possibly not too long prior where you could narrow down a tad more?

No previous birth Annie. Sadly their next child died at 6 months old. I will report back when I hear back from Dundee.

It appears Dundee have no records of stillbirth memorials. Looks as though we won't be able to find it.

Having no record of stillbirth memorials is not quite the same thing as having no record of the burial or interment of a stillborn child.
Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.

Not sure what your point is. I am not criticising them simply stating that they have not been able to point me to a location of the memorial.

I thought you were looking for a record of the burial of the stillborn child. The cemetery owner should have a record of the burial even if they can't find a gravestone.
