William Cham
There is no will, only a grant of administration and an inventory.
He was a weaver.
Inventory drawn up 13 Feb 1632/33 by John Kisteven, Thomas Spanton (yeomen), John Peace and John Haes (husbandmen), all of Scarcliffe. Total £59 9s. 6d, with debts of £3 1s. 10d.
Administration granted on 21 March 1632/33 to his widow Elizabeth and his son Thomas (husbandman), both of Scarcliffe
Sworn by commission in the presence of Francis Carrington, Vicar of Scarcliffe.

Elizabeth Cham
Will written 30 October 1633
Widow, formerly wife of William Cham of Scarcliffe, webster (= weaver)
To be buried at executors’ discretion
Everything to John Kistewen and Thomas Kistewen of Scarcliffe, who are executors
Supervisors – Francis Carington and Robert Haes the elder, 2 shillings each
Witnesses – Francis Carington, Robert Haes
Proved and sworn by commission 9 May 1634 before Francis Carrington, surrogate, Vicar of Scarcliffe
Inventory drawn up 1 May 1634 by John Haes the elder and John Peace, husbandmen, of Scarcliffe. Total £38 8s. 8d

Bookbox has covered most of the administration and will but I'll just add that Ann describes John and Thomas Kisteven as her "loving brethren". That doesn't necessarily mean her brothers in the usual sense, they could be brothers-in-law. Also her inventory includes £15 owed by Thomas Cham, but she left him nothing, didn't even forgive the debt. It's flimsy evidence but I would certainly consider it possible that she was Thomas's step-mother, and perhaps the Kistevens were brothers of a previous husband.
